These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Prometry website located at www.prometry.de and any related services, features, or communications (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Prometry is an AI visibility intelligence platform that helps businesses understand and optimize how they appear in AI-generated answers across platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity. The platform is currently in development. Features described on the website are subject to change.

By submitting the waitlist form, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you consent to being contacted at the email address provided when early access becomes available.

We do not guarantee any specific date for early access. You may request removal from the waitlist at any time by emailing info@prometry.de.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our platform without permission
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Harass, spam, or harm other users or third parties

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Prometry / Smit Unagar and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable German law, Prometry / Smit Unagar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any matter arising out of these Terms shall not exceed €100.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over the content or practices of those sites and accept no responsibility for them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Reutlingen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
